Enjoyed the walkability to many area sights, restaurants and of course, ice cream shop by the water (the best homemade in the area!). Would definitely stay here again. “I can quickly give the location a 5 Star. We were able to walk and ride the free shuttle around town. We even walked to the Tram and hiked - a must do. RMNP was minutes from the condo. Don't miss out on the Peak to Peak drive which takes you past Lilly Lake (within the RMNP). The Condo its self was comfortable (love that lazy boy chair). The bed was so comfortable. Parking in front of condo was a challenge, but had a pass for the lot right across the street. The washer was out of order,……

“The property is newer. For me the property seemed larger than the pictures. The living room and deck are one of the largest in a condo I have seen in Winter Park/ Fraser area. The condo had a lot of kitchen and grill items compared to other VRBO’s I have stayed at, which was nice. Everything was super clean etc. I will stay again. ”
