Raul, the owner, is very dedicated in making his guests stay very pleasant. The kitchenet is OK with very basic amenities. We enjoy our stay and recommend it for anyone who like to be with real people, real Puerto Rican, that's a very good place to stay."

"We were received at check-in by the very friendly owner/host and gave us a tour of the house. The house is located right in front of a very busy street. If you want to have a quiet/tranquil breakfast, this is not it. Loud noises constantly. The photos show washer and dryer, there is only a washer and if you want to use a dryer, you need to ask for a code in order to use one behind the property. Unlike the VRBO commercial claims, some renovations were being done during our stay. "
