"まったくの詐欺ホテルでホテルズドットコムの写真にあるビリヤード場もないし、宝石採掘竪穴も全くの別の一般採掘鉱をのせてある。その他のアクティビティ写真も全部嘘。
バスタブの載った写真もあるがバスタブの水道栓はこわれたままでバスタブの中でシャワーを浴びよということだった。エアコンも壊れていて別の部屋にかえてもらった。こわれたものは直さないというインドやスリランカの特徴の典型。部屋は6室あるが2号室と3号室は部屋番号表示も無くなっている
バスシャワールームでシャワーカーテンがない部屋やある部屋もあり、何もメンテナンスしていない。
夕食にイカ料理を注文したのにエビ料理が出てくる。その理由もろくに説明しない。
場所が集落の中の曲がりくねった道をくねくね走り、非常にわかりづらいし、ホテルの入り口にホテル名の看板もない。何から何まで最低のひどい嘘つきホテルだ。

"Upon check-in there was a mix up with the reservation, although this was immediately resolved and we were put in an excellent room right away. The hotel staff also provided a great breakfast and a safe driver to Ella. Would recommend to folks staying the night at Adam's peak. "

"We truly enjoyed our stay in Carnation rest. The room was spacious with a separate living area that make it very comfortable. The staffs were very efficient and friendly. They even offered to wash our clothes which was very nice. Breakfast served in a cute little room and was more than adequate."

"we had a lovely time in Galway Heights. We really liked the location in a small rural road close to a hindu temple and small village and in the tea plantations. Breakfast was very nice, and the staff very attentive. The only grievance was the lack of elevator. We would definitely recommend this."

"The Grand Argyle Resort & Villas was a beautiful location. Our room was very clean and spacious. The food was excellent and the staff were extremely kind and accommodating. There was a pool table located upstairs and an outdoor pool, however, it was not clean enough to enter. We did enjoy walking around the property and site seeing. The area offers spectacular views!
