“Thai is a nice place. The only issue with my unit is that was on the first floor facing the st. Therefore it was a bit noisy at night. But I know they have other units more quite. Good AC, clean apartment, nice looking. Very helpful staff, kitchen was good. ”

“La lavandería no está dentro del apartamento si no que es una lavandería compartida en el 10 piso, la lavadora claramente nunca ha tenido mantenimiento de limpieza e irónicamente ensució nuestra ropa. Además de que se tenía que comprar por aparte fichas (tokens) para poder usar la lavadora y secadora. El baño tenía una fuga en la ducha entonces cada vez que nos bañamos había una inundación en todo el piso. La comunicación con la encargada es lenta y no dan todas las instrucciones al hacer el……

“O apartamento é aconchegante, limpo e com uma cama grande e extremamente confortável. Não tivemos problemas com água quente que era fundamental nos dias frios. Para uma família com criança vai acomodar bem tanto na cama de casal quanto no sofá. O sofá talvez não seja muito confortável para um adulto mas pode atender quem não for muito grande. A localização é perfeita: Mercados, Hortifruti, farmácias, loja de câmbio honesta e bairro Chinês muito próximos. Apesar se estar uma avenida movimentada é……

“This was a really unique property. It was clean, beautiful, and convenient. We felt like we were staying in a historic building. The included breakfast was coffee, fresh orange juice, toast, croissants, and spreads for the toast. The only con is that I wish the breakfast included protein. Eggs would have been nice. You can pay extra for it but it is not included. Overall it was a great experience and I would stay again. ”

“Property was very affordable. Have stayed here quite a few times over the years. Rooms are very clean and adequate. La Dorita Parilla is across the street and a good coffee and ice cream place called Alchemy is close by. Check in is virtual which is super easy. You receive a door code for the front door and your room. All the essentials are there in the small kitchen area if you want to cook or reheat something. Bed is comfortable and large. Only two complaints I have the bathroom sink the bowl……
