When we go on vacation almost exclusive stay at Riu's all inclusive resorts, so I was pleasantly surprised to see they had hotels in London. Staff were friendly and helpful the entire stay. We had a swift check in. Conveniently located walking distance from Victoria Station. Large variety of breakfast options at the buffet to accommodate tastes from world travelers. They also hold luggage and bags for you in the lobby at no additional cost. Make sure that if you have someone meeting you in London and they are going to stay in your room, that they will be included for breakfast, if not --while booking through Expedia you will have to purchase another room because the property will not accommodate the additional person for breakfast since the room was booked through a 3rd party. Other than that we had a fantastic stay and would book the property again.
