"We had a deeply disappointing experience at Zen Escape. Despite booking a Family Suite with 2 queen beds, we were given a smaller Deluxe Suite with only 1 bed and an unprepared sofa. Most concerning was discovering someone else’s dirty underwear tucked between the sheets—raising serious hygiene issues. "What a pleasant stay! The hotel is so convenient to everything and a nice easy walk to downtown, all of our favorite restaurants, and the kiosko outside the hotel is so convenient for beverages anytime of the day. Rooms were spacious and breakfast option was simple. Only thing is the bed was not the best. Definitely needs to improve the mattress before we come back and stay. "
