“Nice experience”

“Location is good the breakfast is above the average and the parking is nice. Stop in front of the hotel and they park for you. Garage is 22euro per night. Room is spacious but they didn’t replace the used personal items - tissue paper, conditioner etc. ”

“Good location”

“Great staff. Clean. Only problem was the Resturant: the food was not good. They should explore a new option regarding the executive chef. Other than that we loved the hotel.”

“房間大且舒適”

“Room was as expected, bed was comfortable as you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Bathroom was large as well and had the hotel branded goods. For the breakfast area, there was an option to sit outside, which was pleasant. Plenty of options as well and the staff where ready at hand to address any requests. We used Catania as base to explore the surrounding sites, but the city itself was larger than I thought and had some interesting things to see. The cathedral and main shopping street are……

“The room was clean and large.I Sent an email to inquire about parking but they never responded. You have to park on the street which is challenging. The area seemed a bit sketchy so I would be concerned about coming back late at night.”

“地區旺中帶靜，很方便。工作人員很有禮，很熱心幫忙。房間很大，設備齊全。早餐很多選擇。服務很好。20分鐘車程可到達機場。”

“Location is literally next door to the fish market (no it doesn’t smell like fish at all) and walking distance to all the sites but it was noisy until the wee hours and windows aren’t soundproof. Overall, hotel room was spacious but was a little tired. Water stains on ceiling, paint needs touching up in a few places. Breakfast was OK - not a lot of options but pastries were good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“The food at the property was impressive. There was a varied selection at breakfast which was nicely presented. The vegetarian option on the restaurant menu was delicious. When we arrived we were not shown to our room, and were told it was on a different road we took ages to find it, and were given conflicting information by different staff members as to where to go. There were lots of shards of glass around the pool and loungers this this was still visible the following day. There did not……
