It was only communicated at the end that the HW heater has to be turned on from the outside. This should’ve been communicated at check-in and/or done prior to arrival. Additionally, there was no outside lighting. This made getting into the apartment at night a bit difficult and the guest uneasy given the dark interior courtyards you must travel...
