"We had a deeply disappointing experience at Zen Escape. Despite booking a Family Suite with 2 queen beds, we were given a smaller Deluxe Suite with only 1 bed and an unprepared sofa. Most concerning was discovering someone else’s dirty underwear tucked between the sheets—raising serious hygiene issues. "Staff is excellent, location is perfect. Room was very clean with all of the little extras that make a hotel experience memorable (toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a welcome bottle of champagne, two free water bottles)."

"Property is well located, and was in excellent and clean condition. Anna & Ida were both very friendly helpful. The breakfast is good. Only downside is having to lug the suitcase up 2 flights of stairs which i was aware of. Also street was a bit grubby which is nothing to do with the rental "
