“We had a terrific stay. The black barn was just as described and exactly what we were looking. Our family spent the end of Spring Break in northwest Arkansas. The barn was a cozy place to come back to after a day of adventures. It was the perfect space for the four of us with an open plan and great windows. “We had a great stay. Very lovely home, very clean. We love the kayaks and canoe. We were visited by wild goats not sure if that ever happened but that was neat. My children love the trampoline and firepit with smores. We came all the way from Texas and enjoyed the view from the back porch. It was nice qnd quiet just what we needed for a relaxing stay. If we had questions the manager/owner answered back quickly.”

“The location of this property is probably my favorite thing about it. It's set in a secluded clearing on the top of a wooded hill. It's very quiet, yet close enough to town that groceries are only 15-20 minutes away if you've forgotten something. The only reason our stay didn't receive 5 stars is due to the lack of storage space. There really isn't anywhere to put/store clothing or personal belongings. “My husband and I enjoyed a long weekend staying in this adorable A frame. We read books, fished and visited some surrounding towns like Rogers, Bentonville and Centerton. We did some antiquing, visited the Daisy museum and Marrs Mercantile and enjoyed Lake Atalanta. All that and then the beauty of Beaver Lake from your home and the surrounding Lost Bridge Village North and South Parks.”
