"We had a lovely stay at the Fuji View Hotel. You can choose a room facing either Mt. Fuji or Lake Kawaguchi, though the actual view depends on the weather. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide range of both Japanese and Western options. The hotel is easily accessible from Kawaguchiko Station via a free hourly shuttle or the Saiko sightseeing bus that stops nearby every 30 minutes.
