“I’ve booked many condos at this complex over the years for our couple friends for long weekends of racing and this was our least favorite. It’s a lovely complex in a great location but this particular condo was just ok. I knew upfront there are 12 stairs down so that was not an issue but what I did not realize there are 2 buildings completely separate from the other 8 and inside a different gate. “We had a lovely stay in number 3. Comfortable, clean and quaint. They description it spot on. It had everything and plus. It was very nice that they had some chairs, screens, shovel and buckets to use at Crater of Diamonds. Its right off the main road but quiet. The town restaurants had good food and friendly. We especially enjoyed The Southern Dine, Breakfast and dinner, our waitress Finley was wonderfully.”

“We had a very nice stay at the condo which overlooked Lake Hamilton. The Host made us feel very welcomed, and even checked on us during our stay. Lovely place and we will definitely return when traveling through Hot Springs again. The Garvan Woodland Gardens are a must see. The Hot Spring National Park driving/hiking tour was also a very nice.”

“We stayed as a group of four adults at this cute cottage. We absolutely loved it! The views of the lake from the screened porch were beautiful! We also really appreciated the hosts. They allowed us to check in a little early and gave us great recommendations for the area. Our only concern was four adults having to share one bathroom, but the layout really made it a workable situation. The kitchen is also well appointed with everything you need to cook a meal. “My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Marie’s cottage. It exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. We are tall and stocky people, and the shower worked fine for us. We enjoyed the huge deck and watching the geese and boats. The bed was very comfortable. We had no issues and highly recommend this rental. We’d happily stay here again.”
