I had a wonderful stay here. My room was spacious and beautifully furnished with high end fittings. Great view over the harbour and right in the centre of things. Top class thoughtful service and initiative from Elia for whom nothing was too much trouble. She really made a positive difference to my stay. The building was extremely well maintained and security was exceptional. Two key disadvantage why is not give a 10/10 rating is breakfast buffet that was offered was subpar in comparison to other hotels and surrounding restaurants. Also I had the top floor accommodations and it automatically come with baggage assistance up the stairs verses telling me via email that I had to request it.
