查普特佩克度假短租

“Lots of space for a large group, very clean, good directions and communication by host.”

“Despite a confirmed reservation that I showed at the reception desk, the receptionist said that it was not possible that we had a reservation, since they did not accept reservations through Expedia. We had been looking forward very much to this glamping experience, but had to make a last minute reservation in another hotel. Terrible experience.”

“Todo excelente”

“First and foremost, finding the place and Address deserves a Trophy! I never had any interaction with the staff. Was extremely difficult to contact them. Seem they dont give a fly! To be pendant of their guest. No clean up!! You have to clean yourself i guess. Area 10 of 10. If you have a car, you pay extra with 50% off but it adds up to your total stay anyway. I cannot talk about the staff, because I never met them, lol. I will not stay there again”

“Very bad experience”

“Todo muy bien , solo para quienes nos estamos acostumbrados al ruido de la ciudad es muy complicado dormir ya que se escuchan los trailers de la carretera muy fuerte y las persianas no cubren por completo la Luz de fuera, lo que hace difícil poder descansar.”
