“À notre arrivée, nous avons rencontré un problème qui n’a malheureusement pas pu être résolu par le premier jeune homme de l’accueil. Lunette mince de type européen Sa réaction s’est limitée à un simple « désolé », sans chercher de solution, ce qui nous a laissés un peu démunis. Heureusement, nous avons ensuite pu expliquer la situation à Olivia, qui a pris les choses en main immédiatement et a su régler le souci avec efficacité. Grâce à elle, nous avons finalement passé un excellent séjour.……

“Stayed 14 nights in this lovely apartment-hotel. Unbeatable location, with bus stops 100 meters away, two of Paris' best bakeries nearby, lovely cafes along Canal Saint Martin, and more importantly, Gare du Nord and Gard de l'Est within easy walking distance. Also, unbeatable price. The room has everything we need for a comfortable stay, though I wish the shower curtain could have been a bit longer. The staff are very hospitable and gracious. “It was very comfy staying at Aparthotel Saint-Denis Pleyel. Room is equipped with all the necessary equipments. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable stay. Metro line 14 is vey close to the hotel. Friendly hotel staff. I recommend this hotel to anyone who seeks comfort. ”

“Great hotel with cooking facility, very useful if your little one is very picky and/or you want to cook your own meal. They also have a good sized pool in the basement for kids to play or adult to relax, after having spent one day out exploring Paris. Walking distance to the waterpark. ”
