Great location, not clean.

This house was the perfect location. Could get anywhere wishing 15-20 minutes. Neighborhood was nice. The house was not very clean. Beds, sheets, and towels were clean. But the floor was dirty. Specifically the bathroom. Floor boards were very dusty and floor was just gross. The entire place could just use a good clean job. Scrub the floors and floor boards and it would make a huge difference. Overall the house did the job. Also every single picture in the house was crooked.

Great Stay

We had no issues with this stay. Everything was as expected. My kids enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage. The beds werecomfortable.

Absolutely no contact/response from host after booking: I reached out within an 30mins. of checking in about several issues/notes, & multiple other times during our stay regarding lack of cleanliness, safety hazards: decaying/water-warped floor in the kitchen, as evidenced by uneven flooring, multiple “spongy” spots, as well water leaking from cabinets & kitchen return/hood through electrical components, multiple wasps nests, etc. without a single response from the host the entirety of our stay. Lack of cleanliness: Counters in the kitchen & bathroom, stovetop, inside refrigerator, all had dirt/debris from previous guest. There was sand in the bed of the master bedroom upon arrival, leading me to believe that they were not clean. There was open/half-eaten food found inside the dresser of the master. Burnt or water-warped floor in bedroom. A rusted & black-molded vent in the restroom over the toilet that drips on guests & the floor. Other issues: Wall panels in the loft area have evidence of water damage/warping. A blind in the middle living room window was broken prior to our arrival. The fixture/framing in the hallway leading to the bedrooms was cracked/broken prior to our arrival. I documented each of the issues & also documented my attempts at reaching out to the host, as well as their complete lack of response/acknowledgment. If proof is required I can provide it.
