My mother had a luxury room with kitchenette. We chose the Fletcher specifically for this feature, so she could make tea and have breakfast yogurt. The kitchenette electricity is controlled by a light switch next to the door. There are built in lights that are turned on by the same switch, meaning if the electricity for the fridge is on overnight, so are the lights. The televisions are not smart tvs; no netflix. I bought flowers for my mother and requested a vase. I was given a plastic washbucket. When the room was serviced, the bed was made, but the floor was not swept or vacuumed. The floor was sticky during her stay. The bed was advertised as a king. It is two twins pushed together with no topper. The air-conditioning was strong and the room remained cool despite warm days. The location was very convenient.

Great location in tne heart of city center and where the weekends thrive. Amazing property, well maintained with superb service.

The room was very clean. My issue was the bed. There were two twin beds pushed together and they kept sliding apart, making for a very uncomfortable sleep. In addition to that, having to lug my suitcase down and up stairs was a real pain. Finally, the room was efficient, but just slightly too small. I would stay again, but perhaps get a larger room.
