We stayed at the hotel for one night, and our experience was made even more memorable by the incredibly helpful and attentive staff.
Yaseen was always there to assist us and consistently went the extra mile to accommodate our requests. As we are vegetarians, Chef Ahmed prepared a sumptuous dinner especially for us, and everything was absolutely delicious.
The hotel manager was exceptionally kind and thoughtful and surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was simply amazing and made our stay even more special.
Breakfast was excellent, with a wonderful selection of choices, and it was served individually with great care and attention.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality and personalized service. We would be delighted to stay here again!

This is a lovely property within walking distance of Chefchaouen’s Medina. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms are beautiful, brand new and updated. We had a wonderful stay there and would highly recommend it!

Hôtel et chambre modernes et propres. Le personnel est accueillant et attentif. Le petit déjeuner est copieux.
A moins de 10 minutes à pied de la gare routière et de la visite des rues de Chefchaouen.

Great stay overall. The location made it easy to explore the old city while still having the comfort of a modern hotel.
The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with nice touches like sensor lights. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, which made the stay even better. I also really enjoyed the breakfast.

Upon arrival, the two front desk staff seemed bothered that my group wanted to check in. They remained annoyed when we asked if they could separate the one bed in our room into two, even though they had just told my friends they could do that for their room. Thankfully, housekeeping separated the bed into two.
The room was large, clean, and included a couch. But the couch had several visible stains. The bathroom was also large and looked amazing, but with a hole in the wall. The shower was good. The towels were thin and rough.
One tiny elevator services the entire hotel. It fits three to four adults if you squeeze in without any bags or luggage. Breakfast was included. Get there early for the best of the limited choices. Eggs can be made however you like.
The next day, only one woman was at the front desk. She was more approachable that time. She helped put my group in touch with a tour guide, who was amazing, so that was awesome. Other staff members helped narrow down places to eat dinner.
The overall stay wasn't bad (wasn't great either). The worst part of the stay was the last night. Close to midnight, we were about to go to sleep when the receptionist let herself into our room. She seemed shocked that we were there, and obviously we were shocked because what was she doing? She didn't offer a good explanation for this either. She just apologized and left. I've never had this happen in my life, and I never want it to happen again.
