The service was exemplary! The food was consistently excellent! Especially at the Chap Chaay and Above Sea Level restaurants. If anything the property is starting to look a little dated and needs maintaining .. the carpet in the room was stained and old but didn’t bother me that much. Overall I would stay here again.

This is my third or fourth stay at this hotel. The locations is perfect and meets my needs. The rooms are large and well appointed. Service is excellent and food is excellent at the breakfast buffet.

Hotel and room was clean and staff were really helpful and friendly. There a lot of trendy restaurants and coffee shops in the area. We spent Christmas at the hotel and paid for the Christmas brunch which was well worth it and didnt dissapoint

I never experienced a clean room, kind staff and well organized hotel, it happened in Rain Tree. It was such a pleasure staying in Rain Tree. Here after I will stay only in Rain Tree and will recommend to my friends’ circle. The drivers Cyril and other person who brought me to the airport and to the hotel were amazing.
