Our train was to leave at a later time and we asked for some extra grace time. Initially the staff was uncompromising on our situation. However, the Hotel manager Mr. Balaji was very helpful. I specifically requested for a room wirh Good Wifi connectivity and to my surprise they never had their connectivity working. The staff at the front desk was rude and Abussive and even threatened.... The sheets were not ckean, no hot water in the shower.... The control swithch for the lights were located behind the TV monitor and one has to really search for it. Need to call two /Three times to found exact address. Room was good but the lights in the room are very under illuminated, it is as good as there is no lights for reading, doing work on laptop. Free Wifi available at room but we booked twin occupancy room and hotel give only one wifi connection. after enqury at reception they argue that Wifi is complementary. On photos looks a new hotel but was an Old property done with superficial facial treatment. To start with the Rooms are very small for the price we pay. More so, the 1st room the Toilet assembly was shaking. No Hot water having complained told the hotel has only Luke warm water.... pathetic. No good accessories provided. Having force to change the room, the new one was no different. My Chennai based Collegues was very surprise to see the rooms & even advice me to move out but couldnt has the entire money was paid to Hotel.com. The Worst the entire water line was choked from morning 6-11 AM. Had to use the bucket service for washroom. Its was so bad ...
