"After arriving from a long International flight, I called the hotel to find out where I get the Van to the hotel. Unfortunately, I dont speak spanish and the hotel staff doesnt speak English. I phoned the hotel but the rude receptionist hang up on me more than 4 times because she xouldnt speak English. Very Frustating! "Specifically booked for the airport shuttle included, they messaged only right before my stay to specify the shuttle had luggage size requirements, I was already on my trip as this is an airport hotel, so obviously people will only be there for a very short period of time… like a single night… the airport shuttle was the ONLY reason I booked this place and then I was made to call an uber anyway by the front desk."
