The staff were all so lovely & helpful. The room was amazing on the 16th floor & the house keeping was so efficient,
The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts we have had at any hotel.

The staff are nice, but the room was not kept clean every day and the amenities are poor.
In addition, the location does not feel safe. I saw homeless people and others sleeping on the street, and the area feels dangerous after 9 PM. You must use Uber or a taxi to get around safely.

The rooms are quirky but very comfortable and spotless. The food is outstanding- ingredients from the property’s farm and orchard, exquisite presentation and service. We enjoyed the tours of the winemaking facility and of the farm. Outstanding experience!
