“Not so nice experience in the beginning but gets better after that. Disappointed that there are no 1. welcome email prior to arrival 2. not even a welcome card from the resort GM. More disappointed to know, there is no GEM appointed to our room. The front desk staff claimed that only villa guest will be entitled a GEM as there are more than 100 rooms in the property to cope with. Can’t help My high expectations of Six senses brand dropped to the bottom as I was wowed by the level of service...

“All the staff was excellent, the facilities are top and the food offer incredible, specially the desserts and seafood. The hotel transportation was also remarkable and on time, very close to the national parks and other tourist activities, we hope to go back at some time.
