WIFI FREE!!. Recent building, ideally located,near the beach,very peaceful, well decorated,large terrace.It's near two artifficial lakes and the 70% of the resort is of green zones.The apartment is situated within a new building complex, which is located just 100 meter from the beach (to the south), next to the golf course (to the east) and near a lake (to the west). You can enjoy an excellent sea view from the terrace of 60 m2.

There is a communal area inside the building with 2 shared swimming pool and gardens. Individual underground parking directly connected by a lift.

Situated on the top floor of a 2 storey high building, the apartment has 2 excellent private terraces. The first of 10 m2 is ideal for breakfast/dinner and the second, a roof top terrace, is perfect for sunbathing or barbecues.

The place is very well looked-after. You can enjoy walking or cycling in a totally natural site. To the right, there is a big lake with bridges and benches to sit and benefit of peace and tranquillity.

If you want to practice your swing, at no more than five minutes to the east you will find the magnificent 18-hole golf course specially designed by Jose Maria Olazábal.

The site is surrounded with supermarkets, shops, bars, and restaurants.
The beach is composed of fine white sand. Warm temperatures most of the year and infrequent rain, guarantees being able to enjoy the sun, relaxing on the sand, sharing pleasant moments with friends or family.

Vier Wochen im September 2019

Eine schöne Zeit in einer schönen Wohnung. Die Informationen vorweg waren hilfreich und die Übergabe der Wohnung durch Jorge problemlos. Jorge ist ein sehr freundlicher Mensch, der sich um das Wohlergehen seiner Gäste kümmert. In der Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Auf dem Balkon kann man bei aufgehender Sonne frühstücken und auf der Dachterrasse abends unter den Sternen ein, zwei Gläschen Wein trinken. Der kleine Supermarkt um die Ecke schloss Mitte September aber die zwei großen Märkte bleiben geöffnet und sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ab Mitte September wird es spürbar ruhiger im Ort, mehrere Restaurants und Bars haben dann schon geschlossen aber verhungern braucht man trotzdem nicht. Wer gut zu Fuß ist kann über einen schönen Wanderweg nach Chipiona pilgern, ca 6 km bis zum Leuchtturm und die Innenstadt mit vielen schönen Restaurants. Auch sonst kann man viel und ausgiebig in der ausgedehnten Parklandschaft spazieren oder radeln. Auch für ambitionierte Radfahrer sind die Radwege super ausgebaut und verbinden Ortschaften miteinander ohne das man mit dem Autoverkehr die Straßen teilen muss. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, wenn man die weitere Umgebung mit ihren sehenswerten Städten erkunden möchte. Der Strand von Costa Ballena ist breit und feinsandig und es geht flach ins Wasser und ist für Kinder geeignet. Fazit: Gelungener Urlaub in einer schönen, sauberen Unterkunft

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Dachterrasse

Jorge ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Übergabe war ausführlich und perfekt. Nochmal vielen Dank für die Empfehlungen (z.B. Tapas bei "Balbino" in Sanlucar de Barrameda). Die Anlage ist in einem sehr sauberen Zustand und das Apartement exakt wie beschrieben. Toll war auch, daß komplettes Strandzubehör vorhanden war.

We had a wonderful time in Chipiona. The apartement is very near to the amazing long beach and if the sea is too cold for swimming, you can find a clean good swimmingpool in the apartement complex. In the apartement you find absolutely everything you need - from parasol to barbecue grill. The rooftop is so big and we enjoyed there relaxing day and night. The owner is a very lovely person who is always available in case of any problems. We are looking forward to the next time on this place.

A great place to stay

Could not fault the accomadation every possible appliance available including beach chairs. JOrge is a lovely man and goes out of his way to make your stay 😉 he has a wealth of knowledge about the area.we did some amazing things including a flemenco show at la car a in Cadiz a must see event. If there was a down side the resort only comes to life at the weekends with very limited restaurants open in the week. Parking is very difficult in the towns and city's but we had a great holiday in spite of this

lägenhetens standard och läge motsvarade våra förväntningar helt. Utelivet i själva samhället Ballena är väldigt begränsat vid den här årstiden. Vi hade problem med nån hundägare i grannskapet som hade hunden ute hela natten vilket höll oss vaken en hel del timmar på natten. Det kan man givetvis inte lasta Jorge för men det drar ju ner trivselfaktorn på vår vistelse.
