Beautiful & Secluded Brand New Romantic Riverfront Oasis

"Did a short weekend trip to the Alafia River with my sister and her kids, before school started. This River house was perfect. It was minutes from Lithia Spring, and also the Boat ramp we planned to use to go and Explore a popular creek. Super clean, towels, and linens were available, as well as all the kitchen utensils we needed to make dinner the second night we were there. The Kids Loved it, and had a great time, the Large Jenga, and corn hole were an added bonus. As well as the fire pit and firewood for making s’mores.The views were amazing, and it was super relaxing to enjoy a cup of coffee on the dock in the morning. We would definitely book here again. "

"This property was in a very nice area with really no noise around from other houses or vehicles. It is walking distance to the closest gas station and is fairly close to the grocery store as well. I was very happy with how clean it was when we arrived and the proper amenities were provided for our stay! "

"This clean and modern rental is fully attached to a new house in a new neighborhood, but has its own entrance door and driveway. With the connection, "some" noise is a possibility, but in our experience, it was very minimal. The host also provided a sound machine and suggestions to minimize the possibility. She was super responsive and easy to communicate with. We were grateful they are pet-friendly for an affordable fee. (Be sure to click "I am traveling with pets" on the Travelers box). We found the bed very comfortable, and it was a plus to have a washer/dryer combo available. Cooking is kept to a portable two-burner & convection microwave oven. It had all that we needed. The only thing I would suggest for you to bring with you is a steamer to press your clothing (no iron available). We felt like we lived in a new apartment for a few days, and we would definitely stay here again!"

"This house worked great for us as we needed to be close to Valrico. It is a ways from Tampa and those activities. It is a short distance to Brandon where there's all the shopping and restaurants you really could want. We were looking for a place to have a f amily visit and it was great for that. Nice back porch and yard. Wish we could have used the excellent fire pit set up but we didn't get a chance to do that! We did have everyone over for a cookout and used the hot tubThe beds were comfortable and there was really every comfort you might need. Can't say that about a lot of places I've stayed! Nice comfortable size conversation areas and dining setup. Kitchen was large enough for 3 of us to be in there at once cooking. The check in process was simple as was the check out. Owners checked on us the day after check in to make sure all was well. For our purposes, this property was perfect and we would definitely stay again. Thanks! "
