“We had an amazing experience staying at this waterfront condo in Lima. The location in Miraflores is unbeatable—close to everything we needed, yet tranquil and secure. We loved being within walking distance of Parque Kennedy and El Faro, and just a short drive to the Larcomar Shopping Center and Waikiki Beach.One of the highlights of our trip was the abundance of kid-friendly playgrounds nearby. Many of them offered stunning ocean views, and our 5-year-old daughter had the best time playing……

“On long stays, we prefer a home as opposed to a hotel. This one was perfect. Exactly as described, secure parking, all of the amenities of home. Miguel, the host's representative, very pleasant, accommodating and responded quickly to any questions. The property owner was also very quick to respond questions and was able to book our dates on very short notice (in about 24-48 hours)...we tend to just up and go for holiday. haha. Overall..Excellent, as the title says!!”

“Great place in a must visit city. I didn’t expect to have so much fun in Lima. We booked this trip last minute — wanted to try something different. I’m glad we did. The people of Peru, their food and most importantly, this home and host were great and exceeded well beyond expectations!!!”

“We were very impressed with the reception staff; their manners, dress code and professionalism was outstanding. The building hallways, elevators and other common areas were sparkling clean. The unit we stayed in was very functional and comfortable. We enjoyed the stay. We appreciated the prompt response from the unit administrator.”

“This apartment is located in a nice neighborhood. Niko, the doorman, is a charming person. The building have security system. It is a lot of restaurants, pharmacy, beauty salons, currency exchange business places, and all types of comercial.”

“Apartment was wonderful, location great and fabulous sunsets every night. Really great communication with property owner. There is a property manager that lives behind the unit who was very helpful and kind, she does use the kitchen so just be aware of that. Would love to see some comfy chairs out on the patio. Over all stay was excellent.”

“My family and I had a great stay at this property. It was walking distance to grocery store/small plaza, el metropolitano bus station, and several excellent restaurants. We were very happy with our stay there. Bathrooms were spacious and main bedrooms were comfortable. I will say however that because it was so central, it was quite noisy due to car traffic. Definitely took 2 days to get used to it. I recommend bringing ear plugs for when you go to sleep. The only reason this property is getting……
