For an airport hotel it's decent and passable. Food in restaurant pretends to be fancy but alas is pretty average to not good (something as simple as bread was, frankly, terrible - dried out, hard to cut with a steak knife). We accept it for what it is - a pretensious, over priced but adequate place to stay if stuck there because of airline schedules.

Horrible experience because of their refund policy. You would think they would be able to give u a refund if it was something out of your control like a hurricane but no they just plainly did not give a care about the situation. Hurricane hit my state the day i was supposed to stay there so my flight got cancel but they just did not care at all about the situation.

I would rate this hotel no more than 2.5 stars. It is very basic. The best thing about it is its location, directly across the street from the airport exit, so no taxi is needed. However, our room faced the airport and was noisy. The room was clean but had only the essentials: beds, a bathroom, and soap. It’s not a 4-star hotel, but it is convenient.
