Sea Pearl is a stylish, single-level home featuring a fully equipped kitchen, stunning pool and lounging deck, outdoor shower, BBQ grill, and two unique alfresco dining areas- perfect for relaxing in the Caribbean breeze. On a clear day, our sister islands of St. Thomas, St. John, and Tortola are visible in the distance, enhancing your island experience. Inside, you will enjoy the crisp, modern decor with all the luxuries you would hope for during your Caribbean getaway. Each of the four bedrooms as well as the living area are equipped with air conditioning for maximum comfort year-round.

INTERNET & SMART TV:
Sea Pearl is equipped with high speed internet to allow you to check in at work. The living room and both primary bedrooms are equipped with Smart TV's and Amazon Fire Sticks. The living room TV also has Apple TV so that you can enjoy your favorite movies and shows while on the island. Cell connection is strong and reliable.

SUSTAINABILITY:
The home is solar powered and collects and uses rainwater. There is a whole house UV filtration system which provides clean and pure drinking water and showering water.
