"The location of abbey lodge was great, only a few minutes walk into town. Handy for restaurants and shopping. It was a short drive to get to the rural areas which we enjoyed walking. We booked a twin room which was much bigger than the doubles we saw.
It was bang for your buck! "

"Good value for money if you want a no-frills stay. The beds are quite comfy, there's a small TV and tea/coffee in the room. The shared bathroom is okay. It's a little way out of High Wycombe area but there isn't much else available at this price"

"Plus points: Good location for Cliveden, etc, very comfortable bed and modern room. pleasant traditional pub atmosphere in small bar area. Restaurant a little pricey for the place; meal ok, but cheeseboard not so good. Sea bass (small fillet but good) -price same as a leading Italian restaurant in Bloomsbury, where we got a whole sea bass.
Minus points: Breakfast not good at all, poor choice of cereals, no fruit at all, cheap orange juice. Full English ok (just) but pricey for what we got....

"We would stay again, food excellent, bed comfortable with a great fan.
The pub could do with a tidy, bin bags near the bar and one of the tables being used an office isnt a great look.
The room was functional, slightly tired.

"I had a lovely stay, staff were friendly and welcoming.
The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean, a little noise from the motorway but nothing too loud.
Breakfast was amazing, with plenty to choose from.
Staff were friendly and polite.
I would recommend this hotel for all of the above reasons, and it is not far into London on the motorway or go to Uxbridge and get on the underground. Windsor isn’t far for the Castle and Legoland, and a little further Thorpe Park."
"The flat was clean. The main bedroom is downstairs. Kitchen and living room with sofa bed on main floor. Kitchen is super tiny. There really isn’t anything close by. It served our purpose. However, there was a heat wave a NO AC. Communication was
Excellent "
"The hotel access is all code based so there is no staff on site. That being said the communication with host is great cia text/whatsApp - instant and prompt replies. Affordable too and great location right next to High Wycombe station. "
