“The house is very clean, cute, and well equipped. We were glad for the coffeemaker and the mini fridge, as well as the powerful AC units. The main bed was comfy, 8/10, and the bunk bed was alright, 4/10 (my only gripe). The property is beautiful, and I loved sitting out on the covered porch while it was raining. “Howdy Ranch was the perfect bookend to our summer. We wanted a weekend away to enjoy each other and be outdoors. The pond was loved by all including the dogs! The water toys (john boat, kayak and paddleboat) were great to have access to. We did a lot of front porch sitting, dock fishing, cooking on the fire pit and admiring the sunset. Disclaimer, we have no idea if the tvs work…never had a reason to turn them on! ”

The kids enjoyed walking to the lake for some fishing and enjoyed their time outdoors. We'll definitely be coming back to visit. “The stay was amazing! When we arrived the inside was a bit hot but once you turn the air on it cools down quickly. The ambience of the interior makes you feel at home I love the country. The host walked us through the house and showed us how to turn everything on and off, and showed us all the areas and how to properly maintain them and then left us alone for the whole stay. "multiple cockroaches are everywhere in my room. Best estimates I would say I have seen 10-15. They are small, moving around fast. They went into my food so I have to trash it.
