No prior warning from the hotel, I turned up to the hotel to check in to be informed that the hotel was double booked and I had to be moved to an inferior hotel. The reason it was double booked was because the Ukraine Football Team were staying and the exact words, 'no Brits allowed' as they were playing Northern Ireland. Further frustration was the IHG group who refused to discuss the matter due to me having no IHG number. Finally arriving at the other hotel, the the lift was broken, we were on the top floor and with a pregnant wife just added to the stressful situation. Locally, I was informed they double book regular so just for ease, book another hotel.
