“We were mislead by the advertising of this property. The suite was not what it was supposed to be, and they kept blaming Expedia for it. Plus, when we were checking out, they wanted to add some other fees to the booking that were not in the original one. Very misleading tactics. If they cannot work with thrid parties they shouldn't then, but for customers to be at a disadvantage because they book through a third party is absurd. Very dissapointed that our birthday celebration got almost ruined...

Very dissapointed that our birthday celebration got almost ruined because of this. Staff was not friendly either and they were very inexperienced. Not recommended."
