- Beautiful Views of Clearlake and Mount Konocti. Comfortable well kept home with covered patio. Your private fishing pier, boat and/or Jetski hoist is right in front of you. Full Kitchen, Washer and Dryer, free Wifi and Central A/C. Finished garage with a ping pong table and outdoor1/2 basketball court. The Living room, Kitchen and Master Suite have Panoramic views of the Lake and Mount Konocti. Large shaded, covered, gated patio overlooking the Lake. Webber Kettle BBq, Boat to restaurants, travel to wine tasting, shopping, golf, etc. Excellent swimming, waterskiing, fishing and sailing right off the dock. Always updated Paint, Bedding & Linens. Plenty of parking for extra vehicles and trailers. Three cots in the finished garage and a second refigerator.
