### Charming Renovated Cottage in Medieval Clisson with Terrace, Garden, and Modern Amenities

In Clisson, a charming medieval town with Italian influence, in the heart of the Nantais Vineyard, outbuilding recently renovated into a gîte located 200 m from shops and restaurants, 100 m from the train station (on the D54). Terrace and enclosed garden of 20 m² facing south.  
Living room/living room with open fitted kitchen (140x190 convertible), 1 bedroom (2 twin 90x190 beds) and shower room/wc.  
Additional equipment: wifi and complete baby equipment.  
Included: electricity, electric heating, sheets and towels.  
Not included: tourist tax.  
Non-smoking accommodation.  
Nantes 30 km.  
  
Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.

Nous remercions Fabienne et René pour l'acceuil chaleureux qu'ils nous ont reservé. Nous avons apprecié leur gentillesse et leur discretion. Magifique gite plein de charme renové avec goût à proximité du centre ville tout se fait à pied. confort propreté et la decoration originale donne un charme supplementaire à cet espace de vie.
