There was parking right outside our cabin which was super convenient. Really did not expect any servicing of our cabin, but every 3 days there was a full service including a change of bed linen. Our pre-arrival questions were answered within an hour. It had everything we needed and would definitely stay again.

One of the best hotels in New Zealand. I would give it seven stars. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Room was spacious and very luxurious. La carte breakfast was excellent. Mini bar was well stocked. It felt like home away from home.

The apartment has a good view. Pleasant. The mattresses are very soft compared to those in most hotels. The lock up garage can comfortably park a small car, and it has just enough space for a medium sized car. Overall good. Thank you.

Property was good, and close to airport and surrounding town center (restaurants, grocery stores). It appears that the property was having issues because our room was not ready (2-hrs past check-in), bags of laundry stacked everywhere, and we did not get the room that we had booked and paid for. Our unit had a washer & dryer, which was perfect for our needs. The free onsite parking was convenient. (Note: Their onsite parking is VERY limited - not enough spaces. Get there early enough to secure a spot, otherwise they will refer you down the street for PAID parking).
