“Other than needing the grass mowed, the place was exactly as expected and advertised. Allen was responsive and accommodating.”

“Kitchen dirty Every dish we had to wash before using. Bottom drawer of oven dirty. Grill was dirty had to clean before using. Shower curtain in upstairs bathroom was filthy. Showers in upstairs and downstairs did not drain. Master bathroom did. Chairs in living room 2 were missing bolt underneath and found that out when my pregnant niece fell out of one So we turned the others over and found another one missing a bolt. Back patio has a make shift wooden piece Not sure what it is for but water……
