Each themed room is equiped with a wireless phone charger, Amazon smart speaker for Alarm/weather/news/music. 1 bathroom on each floor with supply of towels. Wi-fi available throughout home. The main floor kitchen is fully equiped and includes Keurig coffee maker, crock-pot, waffle maker, flat grill and a full supply of pots/pans/utinsels/plates/silverware/glassware. Also upstairs is a table for 4, 65" TV with cable channels, Netflix and Amazon streaming. Woodburning stove insert fireplace

Downstairs is a large oak expanding table for 6-10, large sectional with sleeper, 75" TV with cable channels, Netflix and Amazon streaming, foosball, board games, W/D and rustic bar with 100+ year old log bar top.

Porch lights go on/off with sunset/sunrise (sometimes sun doesn't hit sensor and fail to turn off, a quick turn of sensor over garbage can will turn it off)

The hallway thermostat does not control the AC. AC are wall units. Set no lower than 70 as it will start to loose cooling abilities below that level. 2 portable AC in basement as well

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

(1) Remove sheets only from beds that were used. Please leave the room specific blankets in the rooms and only put sheets in laundry on departure.

Cleaner only has enough time between check-in/outs to do the provided towels (4) Bath (2) Hand (2) Wash and the sheets. Additional charges will apply
