Cottage in perfect downtown CDA location

A very charming and cozy cottage! Within walking distance of lakeside beaches, Tubbs Hill hiking trails, McEuen Park, and downtown CdA. A wonderful place to stay in CdA!

This is a cute, somewhat quirky property on a beautiful residential street. It is very conveniently located to downtown, and it is a short walk to Sanders beach.

Great CDA introduction. Wonderful location close to town, comfy/cozy home in a lovely walkable neighborhood near Tubbs Hill. Close to beaches, restaurants, grocery. Bunnies and turkeys abound!

Charm in Downtown CdA

Ramon’s property is spectacular! It’s an adorable, well-appointed cottage steps from the lake and everything downtown CdA has to offer. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip. Ramon is also wonderful—book this home if you can!

Very comfortable cottage

We felt at home as soon as we walked in the door. The location was quiet and close to downtown. We were able to do the river walk and Tubbs Hill. Everything was supplied to make delicious meals every day. The comfy furnishings made the stay even more enjoyable.

Comfortably quiet

My wife and I have now stayed three times and each time has been fantastic. I liked the quiet, solitude, and ease of access to the property. It’s a short walk to the waters of Coeur de Alene lake and it's nice to take a walk from the front door. There was also a trail around the point that allowed one to see a beautiful part of the lake.

Great location! We walked to downtown & watched trick or treat littles; made it down to the Centennial Trail and cleared 10k steps. Beautiful 🎃🎃🎃

Perfect little bungalow for my wife and I. Clean and nicely decorated with a nice little kitchen. Close to the lake and a small beach. Only wish we had more time exploring all that CDA had to offer!

Quiet retreat for a first stay in Coeur d'Alene

I took myself to Coeur d'Alene to have a quiet few days by myself in an area I've always been curious about. It was a quaint cottage near town and was perfect for just myself but would also be good for a couple. Not fancy, but clean and comfortable. The owner was accommodating for my needs and it was a lovely stay in this special town. I enjoyed my visit! Thank you!

Summer stay

Cute property in a very convenient location. The property is very dark inside due to the stain glass windows and overgrown trees and bushes. AC worked great and the bed was comfortable. The outside could use a washdown as it was very dusty with cobwebs when sitting outside. Great location walking distance from the beach, Tubbs Hill, and downtown. We would stay again.

Clean! Comfortable! Convienent!!

Spent four nights in CDA. Enjoyed the house and all of its amenities. Found it to be very well equipped with everything needed for cooking. It was very clean and convenient to city center and walking/bike path. The owners were very easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. Would rent this house again.

Cozy, comfortable bungalow

Cozy, comfortable bungalow We really enjoyed our short stay in this comfortable and clean bungalow. It was in a great location, close to all of Coeur D’Alene’s most popular activities. We loved walking a couple of blocks to the beach and the Tubb’s Hill hiking trail. The house had everything we needed, a super nice kitchen, bathroom and entertainment options on the big-screen TV. Communication with the owners via text was easy, and they were very responsive. We would definitely book again when coming to Coeur D’Alene.

All-Inclusive Get-Away (nearly)

We had a fabulous time in CDA, staying in this cottage home. We couldn't have found a more perfect location - just walk out the door for wonderful lakeside hiking. And we really enjoyed using the bikes for a lovely ride on the Centennial Trail, through McEuen Park and along the lake and riverside. The neighborhood is beautiful and everything was easily accessible from this place. The interior is good, comfortable bed, SUPER comfortable reclining couch, large tub. We prepared meals using the Weber in the backyard. Highly recommend this place as a home base- especially if you plan on enjoying most activities outside the rental, in the heart of CDA.

Honestly, it was average. No amenities and sparsely staged. Was clean and the big bath tub was fun but I almost fell trying to get in and out. The hot water took forever to come on too. Like I said, not bad, but not great either. The check in process was super easy and location was great.

Great place for all your CdA adventures! A cyclist's dream.

Great location in nice, quiet neighborhood. Walk to beach, downtown shops and restaurants, or the beautiful trails on Tubbs Hill. Only blocks from the North Idaho Centennial Bike Trail, from which you can ride east to Higgins Point, or west along the Spokane River all the way to downtown Spokane, and beyond! Or ride around Lake Hayden, only a few miles north. Just a short drive to hop on the Trail of the CdA's, the nation's premier Rails-to-Trail for 70+ miles of car-free smooth pavement (Plummer to Mullan). The house was super clean, way beyond expectations. Very confortable furniture. Good lighting. Nice stained glass windows with detailed woodwork. The kitchen had all the appliances and little items to make away-from-home cooking a snap. And back patio with grill is a nice covered space usable in all weather conditions. Easy check-in and check-out without any complex special instructions. Communication with owner was prompt and helpful. We would definately come back.
