Property is in a great location & easy to find. Owners were very responsive & accommodating to provide equipment that I should have (but didn’t) request in advance. We left a note regarding a couple of minor maintenance issues that the owners probably aren’t aware of as they don’t live there & aren’t really a big enough deal to report, but overall a great place to stay. Check in/check out is as easy as it gets!

Comfortable house in a great location. They are not joking when they say walking distance everywhere. Just a couple blocks up from the resort and plenty of other places to eat and drink. We rented a boat and were able to walk to the marina too. There was plenty of space in the living room for everyone to lounge and relax. The hosts were very responsive and kind. At check out they only asked that we take out the trash and put towels in the laundry room. Would definitely recommend.

GREAT LOCATION CLOSE TO SHOPPING/DINING

NICE PLACE THAT IS DOG FRIENDLY AND HAS A HOT TUB! VISITED ON A WARM DAY, DOWNSTAIRS WAS VERY COOL, UPSTAIRS WAS A BIT WARM, BUT THEY HAD PLENTY OF FANS. EASY CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT PROCESS. COOL NEIGHBORHOOD TO WALK IN.

Birthday Getaway

It was my girlfriend’s birthday and we were looking for a centralized place for our close friends and family to be able to stay and enjoy the downtown scene! The house was fantastic and was just a short walk to downtown for food and events! Would very much recommend this place for others and would love to come back again!

the upstairs beds,

Over all great stay, awesome location. There were hairs upon pulling back two of the upstairs beds and the hot tub did not hold a warm enough temp, hovered mid 90's, to enjoy with cooler outside temps.

Great historic home near the heart of the city

A beautiful historic home just a couple blocks from the heart of downtown. Four bedrooms made for plenty of privacy for our larger group. We loved walking to the bakery for coffee and breakfast before exploring the park and lake.

Great location, comfortable stay.

We were a group of five women from one family who wanted an overnight retreat. This was a harming, clean home close to Coeur d’Alene Resort and beach. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We enjoyed using the hot tub and the conversation area in the living room. We recommend this home for a great stay.

Wonderful property

This was our first time in Coeur d’Alene and we had a wonderful time. The location of this property was perfect, within walking distance to everything we did. Nicole was wonderful in suggesting dinner spots. We will definitely be back!

Great location, very comfortable

The house is very conveniently located to downtown, McEuen Park, City Park, and the boat launch. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The hot tub was wonderful. Thank you!

ANTIQUE HOUSE WITH A GREAT LOCATION

We stayed there for just one night, an antique house with a great location, a quiet neighbor, we managed to walk to the Coeur d'Alene lake in around 10 minutes. The decoration of house is not my favorite, we like the modern style, but we did have a sound sleep.

We arrived with a little glitch upon arrival. I called and they were very responsive and fixed the situation quickly not to inconvenience us at all. The stay was very nice and its location to downtown is a great bonus.

Amazing Stay, But Hot Tub Needs Maintenance

We came to have a place to stay while celebrating a friends bday. It slept 3 couples very easily and the beds were super comfortable. Only downside I really saw is that the hot tub couldn’t keep a hot temp and just got cold from what I was told (I went to bed and the others tried to use it). That was a bummer but we enjoyed the stay regardless and loved the Christmas decorations. We will probably return in summer to get some use of the cruisers and explore more!

Nice older house in a great location.

The house was well suited for our family stay. The house was spacious and nicely decorated. It was clean and organized as well. The location was only blocks from downtown which was nice. Fenced yard for our dogs and a hot tub that was fun. The bed in the master was pretty good, and the other upstairs bed was soft which was good for my daughter. The downstairs bed was firmer and good for my other daughter and her boyfriend. The kitchen was smaller, but had everything we needed. Overall the house was charming and comfortable. I would certainly recommend to anyone looking in this area.
