The location is easily accessible and easy to find even though it feels very secluded and nestled into the mountains with wonderful views. Highly recommend."

"It was everything as advertised. A heated pool would have been better and special lamps to zap the mosquitoes as an idea for future renters. Refrigerator with ice making capability was a huge surprise and the greatest, most appreciated, feature! (funny to say but true). No coffee drip machine but coffee percolators (discovery for most Americans). Good space for 6 of us! Will consider renting the same villa every year. "

Little bit of a confusion that the listing said there was a kayak and bikes on site no they had to be hired at a hotel on the coast. But it didn't matter the place was amazing and so was the pool. "We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house in Beaulieu-sur-Mer! The home itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the train station, making it super easy to get to Nice, Monaco, and Menton and other places around.
