“I traveled from Alaska to visit family in Kingsport. The rental was amazing!!! I loved how clean, comfortable and quiet it was. I had coffee on the porch and read outside in the evening. We will be traveling back a few times a year and I plan to stay here as much as it is available! Thank you!!!”

“Firstly, the hosts were very responsive. That was not a problem. I rated the property low because the kitchen had issues and for me cooking is the primary reasons I stay at a VRBO - I eat healthy its difficult to eat out. The stove didn't work - apparently the prior guest stole the knobs and the replacement didn't work. I think they should've tested the new knob to make sure it worked but that apparently didn't happen.The host did send over a handyman but by the time it was fixed breakfast was……

“Sullivan One Tudor has loads of charm. The house is nicely decorated. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The back yard is fenced and we spent time gathered on the deck enjoying the fire pit. The location made walking to dinner, coffee, and the grocery store easy and enjoyable. There's parking for 2 to 3 cars. Natalie was quick to communicate before, during, and after our stay. I would stay here again.”

“This property is attractive but had a few things that fell short of our expectations. The natural rock steps that lead up to the unit were impractical. Carrying things up the stairs is challenging as you can't always see your step, nor can you guess your footing, and more lights are needed. The excessive bugs inside and around the unit was frustrating; I think more could be done to prevent that. The upstairs has a ladder for access, but it is uncomfortable and inconvenient. You need two hands on……

“Lavender Creek property was perfect for my visit to East Tennessee. The house was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities needed when traveling. I would stay there again if the opportunity rises.”

“The Trapper Shack was perfect! Secluded and absolutely stunning. The views were gorgeous. We enjoyed taking the dog for walks. We visited the ponds and then the barn Loved seeing all the animals. Wish I would have remembered to bring treats. The roads were fun in the jeep. It was only 20 minutes to Bristol Raceway. Will definitely stay again.”

“WOW!!!! The location is in the center of Johnson City and we had no trouble finding parking even on Saturday night! The apartment had all the amenities we needed and more! The bed was so comfy. Me and my hubby would definitely recommend this location! Our host was so accommodating and responded immediately when we requested an early and late checkout !!!! WOW!!!!!
