Good stay

We were upgraded to staying at the Victorian Inn- i would highly recommended. The house is charming and located in the historic downtown of Sioux Falls.

This hotel is beautiful - however, be warned that the parking lot is VERY small. We were told when we arrived that it was “first come, first served”, so we’d have to either valet or park across the street “up the ramp”. The lady at the front desk didn’t provide any more information than that. We looked for a spot in the lot, which was full, so we went across the street to figure out the parking. Ended up being more expensive doing that than just valeting - keep this in mind if you stay here. It would’ve been nice if the lady at the front desk gave us that info, we would’ve paid the hotel rather than the parking garage. The doors to the rooms do not go all the way to the floor, so there is a stream of light coming in under the door at all times and you can clearly hear others in the hallway. The shower was great, bed was comfy, and good location. However, at checkout they were understaffed and people had to line up at the front desk for at least 10 minutes while the front desk clerk (different than day 1) also helped people valet.
