“This place was very comfortable. The shower was so relaxing and the couch was more comfortable than the bed. It was nice to hang out and play some pool as well! “ It is on a quite street with parking out front, and a great very large park nearby. Public transportation including light rail is with in .5 miles. Walgreens very close. Lots of great restaurants in area. Much less expensive than Union station where my event was being held. Very well decorated and has all the amenities one needs. Structurally the building/floor could use some work but the build is very old and the owners are getting it done.”

“This property is older but adequately maintained and perfect for our family St. Louis visit. Great location and very affordable apartment in St. Louis. Attentive and accommodating host made our stay just right. We travel with our canine kids and Robert was very gracious in our request. We had challenges with the AC and our host was out to the unit within hours with HVAC support and had the place cooled down quickly. We did anticipate a fenced back yard but it was non-functional fencing. ”
