Very comfortable, clean, great breakfast

Clean, comfortable, nice staff, breakfast was excellent and bean to cup coffee was so good. The only problem was the air conditioner was very noisy and well not on the hotel but the highway noise was a bit much at time. I used ear plugs.

In general, everything was fine. Check in was fast and efficient. Staff friendly and alert to guest needs. Only issue I had was that the bathroom was not very clean, particularly the shower floor. Reported it to staff. Other than that, all good.

It was adequate. I couldn't get a receipt, because the staff didn't give me one. I was told that Expedia would give me a receipt. It should not be hard to get a receipt (folio), as soon as you check out of a hotel. That is your record that you actually left everything intact and on time. I still need my receipt.

From arrival til departure was a very smooth experience had flight delay arrived at hotel around 10pm. Quick check in we were off 2 bed. Breakfast was exceptional. Staff running breakfast buffet was quick to keep everything filled. Would definitely recommend.

A++ Hotel

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in awhile!!! Staff was supper friendly, hotel was clean and smelled nice, PLUS they even bake cookies and popcorn checkin time. Pool room was warm and the pool was great! If you staying in the area you better pick this hotel!

The girl working the desk was unavailable when we got there and didn’t come out of the back room for several minutes after we got there, while we were just standing there waiting for someone to come. Room was dirty. Overall unimpressed.

Absolutely loved it.

We absolutely loved this hotel! We had the pool to ourselves, the breakfast was really great, there’s always someone at the desk willing to help. I do wish that the pillows were a bit more firm, but next time I’ll have to bring my own. Only downside about the 2nd floor was being under someone else’s room but you get that just about anywhere.

Tried to check in 20 min early. $50 charge for early check in so we waited the 20 min. The Toilet in our room would not flush. It was(Plugged)Guy came up and ran a snake into it make a big mess on the floor. Half mopped it up and left. TV wouldn’t work . Only 2 lights in the room . Light switches were everywhere that didn’t go to anything. . Rude people at the front desk. I never write bad reviews but I’ll never stay here again.
