Great location and decent accommodation. However we felt the check out time on a Sunday of 10am was just a bit early. We did ask for late check out but were told no because of cleaning. We found a cafe on the corner and didn’t see anyone enter before midday so slightly annoyed.

It was a lovely stay with lots of room. There was great tv access and good appliances in the kitchen. The communication was clear and great and it’s in a great area as everything is walking distance. We had a lovely time and it was a really comfortable apartment.

An ideal apartment for anyone wanting a comfortable base to explore a beautiful part of the Italian lakes. Great location, great communication and easy to follow instructions for arrival and departure.

Property is located few minutes from the lake, cafes restaurants, shops and many historical monuments. Communication with property management was excellent and instruction easy to follow. Apartment is well equipped and nicely decorated. Reason I gave it 3 stars, is accessibility. Apparent is on 3rd floor with narrow (tight and steep) staircase. To carry two full size luggage was a task. Another issue I had was extremely soft mattress (foam like) I’d recommend this property to all with carry on, or smaller lighter luggage, who are very light/slim and won’t sink in the foam. Other than that, it’s a perfect place to stay for couple of days.

Extremely frustrating stay – Poor communication and broken ACI had a very disappointing experience here. Communication with the management was highly difficult throughout my stay. They are incredibly inflexible with check-in and check-out times, and they offer no convenient options for luggage storage, making arrival and departure a massive hassle. Worst of all, the air conditioning did not work during the peak of summer. The issue was never fixed while I was there, and the property refused to offer any compensation or alternative

This little apartment is great for a family of 4. It was nice that the kiddos had their own space. As a foreigner, you are not accustomed to how some of the appliance work and this property does a great job with an "apartment manual" with pictures and explanations. Be aware that it is on the 4th floor with no elevator.

The property was in new condition. Was well located to shops and transport. It was well equipped with cooking utensils, cups,plates and classes. Air conditioning was excellent. There was some sort of building noise from the neighbours but not excessive.
