“Our room (10, 3rd floor) was very comfortable with a lovely large en-suite bathroom. Not all rooms have en-suite facilities. Angela was very helpful with restaurant tips, and cooked us a great hot breakfast. We would have loved to spend more time in Digby, as the town had some interesting shops, and the fresh seafood was wonderful, especially the scallops!”

“We only stayed a single night, but the host was so friendly, welcoming, & enthusiastically informative, from dining recommendations to historical local trivia. The inn has immaculate decor & the whole town has such fascinating rich history. The breakfast frittatas were spectacularly flavourful & filling. We simply can't wait to return for much longer!”

“Lovely decor with comfortable beds. Wonderful home cooked breakfast of waffles bacon fresh fruit and boiled egg one morning and lovely omelet with croissants and homemade jam the other morning!! Art and Martha were delightful hosts. Will return again if in the area.”

“This property was purchased recently and has been extensively renovated and upgraded since it was bought perhaps 2 years ago. There are wonderful antiques throughout although the Victorian-period chairs are on the low side, as such chairs are. There are some small things to be worked out, but on the whole this Inn is wonderful, with a caring, friendly and talented hostess. The breakfasts are great, and the Inn is an easy walk to "downtown" Annapolis Royal, with several excellent restaurants,...

“This was our second stay here. The home and property are beautiful. The room was clean. The queen bed was not comfortable but we still enjoyed our visit. The owners are absolutely wonderful. He is professional but has a great sense of humor. His wife prepared yummy breakfasts.”
