"This is an extremely clean hotel. The room temperature was comfortable even though it is never too cold for me. The beds were comfortable. I did not try the breakfast at the hotel. "

"Kitchen was great! The bed was comfortable and amenities were clean (gym, pool). Free daily coffee is very nice along with all the creamer options and cup holders. There were sugar packet varieties and free lemon water in the lobby! I would come back and stay here no questions! Only thing would be that there is only one charger working out of two. We picked this hotel for our electric vehicle and only charged once since a Siemens work truck was there all night most nights. It’s free so perhaps that work truck knows there is no code or hotel access needed and uses the free charger box there. That’s my only advice is to for front desk to check on it! Two is better than one charging station! Everything else is amazing and front desk staff are always helpful and nice! "

"From the moment I walked in the door the staff greeted me & was so welcoming. They checked me in, answered my questions & directed me to local restaurants & parking. Traction was coz y & comfortable, very well done. Check out was easy & again new staff but just as wonderful as the check in staff! Highly recommend the Grand Hotel in Old Town McKinney"

"Staff was unique. Male night time front desk staff was the best. We checked in late and he accommodated us supremely. He was so nice. Breakfast in the morning was great! Everything was good. Nothing negative. "
