The room was comfortable and spacious. What great views. The breakfast was perfect and we spent the day using the electric scooter which was super fun. I completely recommend staying here and staying at least two days so you can appreciate the area. We regret not spending more time here. Definitely book here if you have the chance. "

I was expecting a little more with the food, it was decent but not amazing! I took the boat from the dock at the foot of the property which was worth doing and less crowded than the other areas. "

"The customer service was absolutely outstanding. They front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Siao Chou (小周) and Ting Ting (亭亭). They went out of their way to provide us with specific information about local tourist destinations and how to navigate the city. Our Guilin visit went well because of them. The only issue we had was the hotel only had one washer and dryer. They were mostly occupied during early morning and night. "
