"This house was spacious and very convenient to downtown and Southeastern. Check in process was easy as long as you get the message with the link to submit a form (I did not pay that part any attention, so it's on me). The only warning I would give to potential renters is you are going to climb a lot of stairs. The until is on the 3rd and 4th floors. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Southeastern with a lot of people. The unit has everything you could need and is well thought out."

"We enjoyed our stay. The facility is clean and very comfortable. Mattresses great and everything you’ll likely need. They should sell the charge cables in every room. Not the best location but you’re more than safe here. "

"We loved the apartment we rented. It was beautifully decorated and included all kinds of little goodies for guests. My family's favorite place to hang out was the deck- always an amazing breeze and great place to people watch. The area had a lot of historical sites nearby. It was peaceful and perfect! Thanks to the Maldonado family!"
