"This condo was great! It is exactly as pictured. We had 3 adults on our stay with one sleeping on sofa bed. The hosts have included a mattress topper to increase the comfort level on the sofa bed. This unit is on the back side of the building so we had no issues with noise from outdoors. Karen was a fantastic host, providing plenty of details regarding check in, parking, and more. "Up a flight of stairs above a very popular Italian restaurant hides a convenient, and quiet suite. You are a very short walk to the river walk area and even shorter to a great coffee shop (hidden grounds). Parking is across the street in a large public lot that the parking pass the property includes saves $ you on. A/C blows cold air, and wrightsville beach is a quick 25 min drive. What more could you want? Convenient all around."

"Good location. Easy access to beach. Condo amenities nice. Patio oriented so it is cool in the morning to enjoy coffee outside. Host and staff very responsive. Only issues were some things not clean. initial supplies not provided although host responded quickly. Tub in second bath did not drain. Although advertised for 6 people definitely more suited to max of 4."

"Perfect location in downtown Asheville! Loft is so lovely and clean. It’s one of the best stocked places we have rented. It’s dog friendly. We loved drinking our coffee on the rooftop patio in the mornings and wine in the early evenings. We explored all of downtown. Ate so much delicious food. Went tubing one afternoon and hiking to 3 waterfalls another (Hooker, Triple and High Falls only 50 minute easy drive). We will definitely recommend and will be back!!"
